Meeting Room Bookings: Step 1

The Pacific Centre Meeting Room is for the exclusive use of Pacific Centre tenants.

Whether you are hosting an executive meeting or multimedia presentation, the Pacific Centre Meeting Room offers everything you need to make your meeting a complete success. From state-of-the-art audio-visual equipment to a modern kitchen for catered events, our facilities are fully equipped with all the amenities to help you successfully execute a flawless meeting.

The Pacific Centre Meeting Room is located at Suite 950, 609 Granville Street and is available to meet the needs of your group. It is 1835 square feet (54 feet x 34 feet) and can accommodate up to 24 attendees in a hollow square style, 50 attendees theatre style, 20 attendees in a u-shape style, 42 attendees classroom style, or up to 60 attendees reception style.

Equipment
The Meeting Room includes a kitchenette with a fridge and water cooler. The room also comes complete with audiovisual equipment including a ceiling mounted LCD projector, retractable screen, podium, laptop plugin, broadband internet access, cable TV connection, DVD/VCR player, and portable microphones.

*Rental rates include price of meeting space and audiovisual equipment.
*Full day rental rates are for meetings booked for greater than 4 hours; 1/2 day rental rates are for meetings booked for 4 hours or less.
*Meetings booked outside the period Monday to Friday, 4:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. are subject to after hour HVAC charges at $25.00/hour from October to March and $35.00/hour from April to September.
