Whether you are hosting an executive meeting or multimedia presentation, the HSBC Building Meeting Room and Boardroom offer everything you need to make your meeting a complete success.
The Meeting Room and Boardroom are located on the Concourse Level next to the Fitness Centre which may be reserved by tenants of the HSBC Building. Typical uses of the meeting room/boardroom include training seminars, lectures, demonstrations, lunch meetings, interviewing, etc.
Equipment
There are 6 tables and 22 chairs in the meeting room. The facilities include a sink, counter and cupboards, as well as a wall mounted projection screen. There are sufficient power outlets for multiple pieces of electrical equipment such as computer terminals. The meeting room is well ventilated with full HVAC services. Telecommunications services including telephone, cable TV/radio, and Internet access are all readily available if required.
The Boardroom includes 1 boardroom table, 6 executive chairs, 6 guest chairs, 1 TV/VCR/DVD, 1 white board, and 1 flip chart. The room is also equipped with a washroom.
